My journey into autism advocacy took a meaningful step during the Autism Society of Texas' Autism Advocacy Day at the capital. This event attracted over 100 passionate individuals from across the state who united to raise awareness and push for essential changes in the autism community.

This gathering was more than just an assembly; it served as a platform for stories to be shared and voices to be amplified. Advocates from diverse backgrounds came together to push for legislative changes that support individuals on the autism spectrum and their families.
