    Let's review your family member's abilities and discuss how I may be able to support them. What will this look like? -After completing the form describing your family member's abilities and needs, we will develop a preliminary plan with ideas on how to support you and your family. -We may ask follow-up questions to gather additional information during our meeting. -We will then describe our ideas on support and seek your opinions. At Shine, we are highly collaborative and want to ensure that families fully agree. We'll get started if you feel that our ideas align with your values!

  • First Responder & Healthcare Training

    This training equips physicians and their office staff, dentists and their teams, as well as fire departments, EMS, and law enforcement officers with effective strategies for appropriately engaging and supporting neurodiverse individuals. The program covers a range of communication techniques, including verbal, non-verbal, and sensory-sensitive methods, to ensure compassionate and efficient interactions. Participants will gain valuable skills in recognizing and addressing diverse needs, de-escalating challenging situations, and fostering a more inclusive and supportive environment for neurodiverse individuals under their care.
