Service Description
Let's review your family member's abilities and discuss how I may be able to support them. What will this look like? -After completing the form describing your family member's abilities and needs, we will develop a preliminary plan with ideas on how to support you and your family. -We may ask follow-up questions to gather additional information during our meeting. -We will then describe our ideas on support and seek your opinions. At Shine, we are highly collaborative and want to ensure that families fully agree. We'll get started if you feel that our ideas align with your values!
Cancellation Policy
. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy • Client Cancellations: The Client must provide at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Cancellations made with less notice will be subject to a 50% session fee. • Provider Cancellations: If the Provider needs to cancel or reschedule a session, the Client will be notified as soon as possible, and the session will be rescheduled at a convenient time for both parties.
