At Shine Behavior Consulting, we are committed to empowering parents, families, and professionals who support neurodiverse individuals of all ages through specialized behavioral health services—no diagnosis required. With extensive experience in supporting individuals on the autism spectrum, we provide guidance and tools that foster understanding and meaningful, lasting change. Our compassionate, personalized interventions assist families awaiting services or seeking immediate support, while also offering training to professionals such as physicians, emergency responders, and teachers, equipping them to help each individual thrive.
Meet Amber
Amber is a neuroaffirming Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over a decade of experience supporting neurodiverse children and their families. She holds a B.S. in Psychology from Towson University, where she developed a strong foundation in early intervention and child development. Amber went on to earn an M.Ed. in Special Education from Texas Tech University, becoming a BCBA in 2023. Currently, she is pursuing a PhD in Behavior Analysis at Capella University. Amber’s expertise includes emotion regulation, communication strategies, and parent coaching, all rooted in evidence-based practices. Her mission is to empower families with the tools and strategies they need to help their children thrive across all settings.
